Terms and Conditions for User

1. Introduction

1. Golazo is an app dedicated to amateur soccer players in the US designed to improve their soccer playing experiences, providing work for subscribed coaches and technical, physical, and cognitive improvement for players.
2. Registration. To use the complete spectrum of Golazo Training, a one-time registration is required (see Section 4).
3. Our Goal. Golazo’s goal is to make sports enjoyable and contribute positively to people's health.
4. Disclaimer. Your health is very important to us. Always consult your doctor regarding your athletic behavior. Golazo is neither a substitute for your doctor nor responsible for your behavior. By accepting these Terms and Conditions (T&C), you confirm that you are solely responsible for your health.

2. Validity of the T&C

1. Validity. Golazo offers its services based on these T&C. By using Golazo Training, you agree to these T&C either by (i) using the service without registration or (ii) registering for an account.
2. Prerequisite. Neither the registration nor the full use of Golazo Training is possible without consent to these T&C.

3. Subject of the Agreement

Golazo offers its users several features and information, including apps for smartphones (iPhone, Android) and devices globally. Data can be transmitted from smartphones to the platform and shared with social networks (e.g., Facebook).

4. Registration

1. Membership. Golazo Training requires one-time registration via the app, providing accurate personal details.
2. Consequences of Registration. By registering, users confirm their knowledge and recognition of the content of these T&C. Each user must register only once.
3. Golazo reserves the right to reject users without giving reasons. If a user provides false or inaccurate information, Golazo may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

5. General Terms and Conditions for All Users

1. Fraud Protection. Users must protect their account from unauthorized use and notify Golazo of any suspicious activity.
2. Promotions and Free Offers. Golazo may run promotions and offers that may not be transferable between users.

6. Subscription Options

1. Free Training Class: A registered user can train without a coach for free.
2. Personalized Training Course: Users can search for and hire coaches through the app, paying securely through Stripe. The user has specific time frames to complete training plans.

7. Subscription and Payment

1. Subscription Requirement: Users must be registered and pay the subscription fees to use Golazo services.
2. Types and Prices: Golazo offers different subscription periods, which are available for viewing on the platform and app.

8. User Obligations and Conduct

Users must provide accurate registration details, save and distribute content only if authorized, and avoid saving or sharing illegal content. They must also refrain from sending mass emails or disrupting Golazo’s services.

9. Breach of User Obligations

Golazo may impose sanctions for breaches, such as warnings, account suspension, or cancellation.

10. Cancellation Right

Users may cancel their purchase of Golazo classes within specific time frames, depending on state laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Golazo is not liable for damages resulting from app usage, conflicts between users and coaches, or injuries incurred during training sessions.

12. Indemnification by Users

Users shall indemnify Golazo for any third-party claims resulting from their content or use of Golazo Training.

13. Changes to the T&C

Golazo reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time, with significant changes communicated via email.

14. Miscellaneous

1. Severability Clause: If any provisions of these T&C are deemed invalid, all other terms remain in effect.
2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These T&C are governed by Florida state law, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade, Florida.
